Miss Mollie Bush, or mostly known as MISS MUTE is a neighbour of THE DOCTOR. she moved into the neighborhood recently, and lives about 2 blocks away from THE DOCTOR. due to some unknown reason, she is unnable to speak, though her vocal chords are perfectly fine. she can whine, cry, scream, or giggle all she wants, but she doesnt seem to be able to speak

the only way she can communicate is by using a dictaphone that was given by her father in her 9th birthday. by using tapes filled with sentences and expressions recorded from her therapist 2 or 4 years ago, she uses her dictaphone to communicate to everyone (though limited)

shes known to be very shy and dislikes going near large crowds. but she definitely dislikes DEREK the most. when she visited him to introduce herself in the neighborhood, the first thing he did is basically bullied her beyond belief. this pretty much traumatized her

due to this, she has a hard time trusting anyone in DEREKS reach, including YOUNG DEREK.

she is another strange addition to the world of charted land. *note she also works on the laundromat business
